Our work covers new-construction below-grade waterproofing, parking deck coatings, industrial flooring, and structural concrete repair. Our approach runs from a clear bid through a clean job site to a project handed off on time.

Below-Grade Waterproofing
Bentonite, bituminous, polyurea, and crystalline systems for elevator pits, foundation walls, retaining walls, and below-grade structures.
Industrial & Decorative Flooring
Epoxy, polyurea, polished concrete, and cementitious systems for warehouses, kitchens, trash rooms, and high-traffic facilities.
Traffic & Parking Coatings
Polyurethane and PMMA membrane systems for pedestrian decks, vehicular parking, and roof terraces.
Surface Preparation
Shot blasting to CSP 4 on equipment we own. Other contractors come to us for this scope.
Concrete Repair & Strengthening
Carbon fiber reinforcement, FRCM, epoxy injection, pin pile stabilization, and structural concrete restoration.
Injection Grouting
Hydrophobic waterproofing, soil stabilization, slab jacking, and infrastructure grouting for bridges and overpasses.

Large-format coatings on the airport hangars — FR's largest coatings project to date. Required a workforce capable of delivering a large square footage on a tight schedule.
ALASKA
DAWSON CONSTRUCTION PARKING GARAGE
A parking garage coatings project for Dawson Construction. Foundation Restoration is excited to continue providing coatings and waterproofing services throughout Alaska.

WE DON’T PLAY THE
CHANGE-ORDER GAME.
Our bids are written to be clear: scope, exclusions, what the GC needs ready, what we'll do when we arrive. You know what you're paying when you sign. We've lost work because we wouldn't bid low and ratchet up later. We're fine with that.

WE SHOW UP READY.
Schedule reliability is rare in commercial work. We arrive when we say we will, with the crew, equipment, and materials to do the work. GCs put us on the schedule and don't think about it again.

WE BRING SOLUTIONS,
NOT JUST PRICE.
If the spec calls for a product at three times the cost of a comparable one, we'll propose the alternate. Value engineering should reduce the bill, not the quality. That matters on commercial work — and especially on public work where taxpayer dollars are on the line.

WE PICK UP THE PHONE.
Tent blew down on a Friday night? We answer. Engineer's detail doesn't make sense on a Tuesday morning? We'll look at it. Manufacturer rep needs to be onsite next week? We've got the relationship. This isn't customer service marketing — it's how we work.
