RECENT PROJECTS
BELLINGHAM, WA
BELLINGHAM INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT HANGERS
This large-scale aircraft hangar flooring project transformed the facility with a high-performance bright white epoxy coating system designed specifically for aviation environments. The highly reflective finish improves visibility throughout the hangar, creating a brighter workspace that is preferred by pilots and maintenance crews for inspections, repairs, and daily operations. Engineered to withstand heavy aircraft traffic, tool impacts, chemical exposure, and fuel spills, the durable flooring provides exceptional resistance to scratches, dings, and staining. The seamless epoxy surface is easy to clean and maintain, delivering a professional appearance while reducing long-term maintenance costs and supporting safe, efficient hangar operations.
BURLINGTON, WA
TRAINWRECK BAR & GRILL
To modernize and protect the aging wood floors at Trainwreck Bar & Grill, this project replaced the ongoing cycle of sanding, waxing, and refinishing with a durable commercial-grade epoxy flooring system. The seamless epoxy finish provides superior resistance to heavy foot traffic, spills, and daily wear while significantly reducing long-term maintenance costs. By eliminating recurring refinishing expenses and minimizing operational downtime, the new flooring delivers lasting value, improved durability, and a clean, professional appearance for years to come.

SQAULICUM BOATHOUSE
This project enhanced the existing polished concrete floors at Squalicum Boathouse with a clear epoxy flooring system and high-performance urethane topcoat. The transparent finish preserves the original polished concrete appearance while providing superior protection against scratching, staining, and UV-related fading. By eliminating the need for annual polishing and waxing, the upgraded flooring significantly reduces maintenance costs and labor requirements while maintaining the clean, elegant aesthetic of the facility for years to come.
HOW WE WORK
Four things you can expect on every commercial project we take on.
1
WE DON’T PLAY THE
CHANGE-ORDER GAME.
Our bids are written to be clear: scope, exclusions, what the GC needs ready, what we'll do when we arrive. You know what you're paying when you sign. We've lost work because we wouldn't bid low and ratchet up later. We're fine with that.
2
WE SHOW UP READY.
Schedule reliability is rare in commercial work. We arrive when we say we will, with the crew, equipment, and materials to do the work. GCs put us on the schedule and don't think about it again.
3
WE BRING SOLUTIONS,
NOT JUST PRICE.
If the spec calls for a product at three times the cost of a comparable one, we'll propose the alternate. Value engineering should reduce the bill, not the quality. That matters on commercial work — and especially on public work where taxpayer dollars are on the line.
4
WE PICK UP THE PHONE.
Tent blew down on a Friday night? We answer. Engineer's detail doesn't make sense on a Tuesday morning? We'll look at it. Manufacturer rep needs to be onsite next week? We've got the relationship. This isn't customer service marketing — it's how we work.

BRADLEY ENGINEERING
We had a high-end custom house and needed it to be bulletproof, so I called Foundation Restoration. In Glacier it's really wet — it was a tricky situation. Foundation Restoration's going to win every time.

THE MANUFACTURERS WE INSTALL
Foundation Restoration is a certified installer for the industry's leading waterproofing and coatings manufacturers. Their reps support our projects on site, consult on complex details, and refer clients to us. We're picky about what we install. They're picky about who installs it.
