Positive Side:

Positive-side waterproofing is applied to the outside (wet) face of the subsurface building components. Typically utilized in new construction, positive side waterproofing materials can be spray applied or traditional sheet good style membranes.

Negative Side:

Negative-side waterproofing is applied to the inside (dry) face of the subsurface building components. We have a multitude of products and services available. We use hydrophyllic and/or hydrophobic urethanes, grouts & sometimes interior trench drain systems. Negative side waterproofing eliminates the need for expensive exterior excavation.
