Full Time Skilled Laborer

Position Summary The Field Technician is responsible for performing hands-on timber and concrete foundation repair, surface preparation, and the installation of epoxy, waterproofing, and other systems on residential and commercial projects. This role involves operating tools and equipment, working in confined and elevated spaces, and completing physically demanding tasks such as grinding, cutting, digging, and material handling. Field Technicians are responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites while delivering high-quality work efficiently and professionally. As experience grows, this position may include training, mentoring, and supervising field staff while supporting a positive, team-oriented job-site culture. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly pay with prevailing wage opportunities • 4-day workweek (4 x 10-hour shifts); overtime available • 100% employer-paid employee health insurance • Health Savings Account (HSA) available • Dental and vision insurance available • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contributions • Employee Incentive Program • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave • Tools provided Duties & Responsibilities (Experience is preferred but not required) • Install epoxies and other liquid-applied products on foundation walls, floors, and concrete surfaces • Perform foundation repair and surface preparation • Grind, cut, and break concrete • Climb ladders; dig using hand tools and mini excavators; haul materials • Perform painting and paint preparation, including sanding, caulking, and priming • Work in confined spaces, including crawl spaces • Operate paint pumps and related equipment • Perform basic carpentry for concrete forming and post-and-pier structural repairs • Communicate regularly with the Project Manager regarding job progress • Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites • Maintain positive working relationships with all team members • Train, supervise, and mentor field employees as experience grows Safety Requirements • Follow all established safety procedures and equipment guidelines • Maintain clean and orderly job sites • Valid state-issued driver’s license • Having a working cell phone Character Traits • Team-oriented with the ability to follow and give direction • Positive, “can-do” attitude with strong work ethic • Dependable, punctual, and consistent • Strong communication and listening skills • Solid work history demonstrating reliability • Ability to arrive at the office using a personal vehicle Physical Requirements • Ability to work on your feet for up to 10-hour shifts • Manual dexterity and adequate vision to perform work safely • Ability to stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions • Ability to climb ladders of varying heights • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 100 lbs Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and maintain a drug-free workplace.
